At Furniture Fair, we understand that even removing just one piece of furniture can be a challenge. That’s why we offer a convenient single-item haul-away service to help you make space for your new purchase—while keeping your delivery clean and hassle-free. To ensure your new furniture arrives in perfect condition, old items are removed by a separate team, either through our trusted partner, Junk King, or a dedicated Furniture Fair truck. The team assigned will depend on your location and schedule.
?? What to Expect: The evening before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a text or phone call from Junk King with a two-hour time window for your item removal. Junk King will do their best to complete the pickup before your new furniture arrives, though timing may vary. The item will either be donated or responsibly disposed of, depending on its condition and suitability for reuse.
?? Important Notes: This service is available in all Furniture Fair delivery areas and is only offered with a qualifying furniture purchase. We will remove one item that is being directly replaced by a new piece from your order. For health and safety reasons, the removal team may decline any item that is soiled or shows signs of infestation. If the item is refused, the removal fee is non-refundable. To ensure a smooth experience, please make sure the item is ready and accessible during the scheduled removal window.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
