That’s why we offer a convenient haul-away service to help you make room for your new purchase—without compromising the cleanliness and safety of your delivery. To ensure your new furniture arrives in pristine condition, old items are removed by a separate team, either through our trusted partner Junk King or a dedicated Furniture Fair truck, depending on location and scheduling.
?? What to Expect: Separate Removal Appointment: The evening before delivery, you’ll receive a text or call from Junk King with a 2-hour removal window. Coordinated Timing: Junk King will strive to complete removal before your new furniture arrives, but exact timing may vary. Responsible Disposal: Items will be donated or properly disposed of, based on their condition and reusability.
?? Important Notes: Available in All Markets: This service is now offered in all Furniture Fair delivery areas. With Purchase Only: Old items must be directly replaced by new items in your order. Health & Safety First: The removal team reserves the right to decline items that are soiled or infested. If refused, the removal fee is non-refundable. Clear the Path: Please have the old furniture ready and accessible during the provided removal window.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
