Our mattress and box spring haul-away service ensures you have a clean, stress-free experience while making room for your new bed.To keep your new sleep setup fresh and protected, your old mattress and box spring will be removed by a separate team, either through our trusted partner, Junk King, or a dedicated Furniture Fair truck. The team assigned will depend on your location and delivery schedule.

?? What to Expect: Separate Removal Appointment: The evening before delivery, you’ll receive a text or call from Junk King with a 2-hour removal window. Coordinated Timing: Junk King will strive to complete removal before your new furniture arrives, but exact timing may vary. Responsible Disposal: Items will be donated or properly disposed of, based on their condition and reusability.

?? Important Notes: This service is available in all Furniture Fair delivery areas and is only offered with a qualifying mattress or sleep set purchase. We will remove one mattress and one box spring that are being directly replaced by new items in your order.For health and safety reasons, the removal team reserves the right to decline any items that are soiled, wet, or show signs of infestation. If the items are refused, the removal fee is non-refundable.Please ensure both pieces are ready and accessible during the scheduled removal window.
